Corporate events have been the focus of my career from the beginning. Before launching Nico Hend Photography in 2017, I worked with corporate event agencies, where I learned the pace, logistics, and expectations that come with large-scale conferences, executive programs, and Fortune 500 clients.
Today, I photograph conferences, executive events, client experiences, nonprofit galas, and multi-day programs throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area. Every event is different, but they all have one thing in common. They move quickly. Speakers change. VIPs appear unexpectedly. Lighting shifts. Schedules evolve.
My job isn't just to make photography one less thing you have to think about. It's to create photographs your team will be excited to use long after the event is over.
I arrive early. Before guests arrive, I learn the flow of the event, identify the people who matter most to your team, and understand the moments that can't be missed. Once coverage begins, I work independently, anticipating what's next, adapting as the day evolves, and documenting both the planned moments and everything happening around them without adding friction to your day.
Whether it's a leadership summit, a client dinner, a conference keynote, or a multi-day program, my goal is the same: to create photographs that capture the energy, relationships, and defining moments of your event while allowing your team to stay focused on running it.
